入って魚取りが出来る川が戻ってきた　自らの子供時代の情景が重なる

Boys are fishing in the river, nostalgic scenes in my childhood are remembered.

A big typhoon had gone and 

a big Rainbow Bridge appeared over the Rokko mountains

The fresh autumn air has come back
